Jenny is the founder of Loynton and Co, one of the largest Chinese law firms in the West Midlands. She has over 25 years commercial law consultancy working experiences, mainly specialising in cases of business acquisition and restructuring, property investment, commercial disputes and foreign investment and financing. She has represented numerous leading British enterprises dealing with issues of structure, design, business negotiation and project management.
Jenny is a member of the Law Society and is also a member of Birmingham City University’s Board of Directors and adviser to the Wing Yip Brothers Group, the largest UK based Chinese owned company.
Jenny sits on the Board of the famous Ikon Gallery and the prestigious Bromsgrove School.
