From the outset Kevin has had a clear vision of Community, Business and Education cohesion.  Winning accolades such as 2009 Unlimited Potential Awards, 2012 Valued Contribution to the Community Award and he was the 2020 Diversity and Inclusion Winner at the West Midlands Leadership awards.

Utilising his degrees received from the University of Central England (now Birmingham City University), and Aston Business School, Kevin has been able to understand the needs of business whilst recognising the challenges people face getting into work, through his involvement with the Social Enterprise Sector.  His project management skills, fundraising network, community-based approach, ability to listen and problem solving have yielded outstanding results, improving the financial stability, social standing and impact of the charities and organisations he leads.

Kevin currently holds non-Executive Directorships at the Black Country Housing Group, Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Integrated Care Board and The Oversight Trust.  He is Co-Founder of the Mercian Trust of 9 schools and The Net-Love Black Country.  Beyond the founding of three secondary schools his voluntary interests extend to Business in the Community’s West Midlands Regional Leadership Board Member and a Trustee of the Church at Junction 10.
